MUTABER GROUP boasts a long history and rich experience in Turkey. Founded in 1978 by Mr. Mustafa Gülay, our company initially embarked on its journey by providing financial advisory services. Initially working with local companies, Mustafa Gülay gradually expanded his service range by pivoting to consultancy services. From tax advisory to preparing sectoral feasibility reports, he catered to a wide array of services, thereby building a vast client portfolio. His collaborations with the historical companies situated on İstiklal Avenue in Beyoğlu significantly reinforced MUTABER GROUP's reliable and respected status in the industry.
Osman Gülay started
From 2000 onwards, Osman Gülay started to play an active role in the company's operations. He gained experience in various areas and when he took over the business responsibilities from his father in 2011, MUTABER GROUP was providing accounting services to over 350 local companies.

The year 2013 marked a pivotal point for MUTABER GROUP.
This year saw the incorporation of Smmm. Uğur Gürel as a partner to the company, and with the formation of the new partnership structure, MUTABER GROUP started to offer its services to foreign investors as well.
Owing to the trust brought about by being an official and local company, the number of MUTABER GROUP's clients rapidly increased and diversified.
